PURCHASE CARD PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
What you'd do
You will serve as a PURCHASE CARD PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR in the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
Major duties
You will delegate assignments to command and subordinate command card holders, provide training, and oversight to ensure the integrity of purchase card use. You will maintain contractual files/financial records for audits. You will ensure property disposal procedures are followed and required assets are sanitized prior to disposal. You will manage government and contractor personnel performing inventory database maintenance.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Adhering to financial and budgetary policies, regulations, and directives to justify and execute agency requirements; 2) Utilizing office software and computer programs to support and manage databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines; 3) Advising personnel on financial procedures to identify deficiencies and take corrective actions; and 4) Providing technical assistance and guidance to administrative personnel on agency procedures and office automation systems.
