About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Pine Tree Inn and is a Regular position with 20 guaranteed hours. Major duties

Performs various management support functions to include preparing general correspondence and budget submissions. Prepares lodging time records and assists with payroll discrepancies. Processes all purchase orders and receiving reports. Reviews night audit reposts. Approving official for NAF Government Purchase card (NAF GPC)/Purchase Card (P-Card) Program. Conducts research to assist NAF Accounting Office (AO) in balancing accounts receivable. Prepares monthly surcharge calculation. Processes daily credit card deposits. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Knowledge of the property management system, sufficient to follow individual funds and specific monies.Knowledge in the operation of a word processing and accounts receivable program.Requires knowledge of account relationships within the system.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulation.
