SUPV FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.
Major duties
You will Serve as the Special Programs Budget Officer, provides management, advice, and expertise on all phases of Operations and Maintenance (OM) POM and budget and administration of multiple funding streams. You will review requirements, justification, and prepares estimates of the costs for the various programs i.e. Program Budget Decisions (PBD) and Program Budget Review (PBR). You will prepare, review, justify and defend Unfunded Requirements (UFRS). You will provide technical guidance and recommendations to the Deputy Comptroller, Comptroller and Squadron Executive Officer/Commanding Officer.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervising personnel in financial functions; identifying, planning, assigning, and reviewing work while providing technical oversight on budgeting, funding, and adhering to program requirements.
