What you'd do
This position is located at: Fort Campbell, KY Warrior Zone. This is a Regular Full Time position (40 hours per week) with eligibility for the NAF benefits package and leave accrual. Major duties
Manages a business activity, with a staff of 5-10 employees to include scheduling, hiring, and discipline. Manages inventory and internal controls. Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Manages a food and beverage operation as well as gaming, Handles Financial Management and Budgeting. Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity. Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment. Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor within FMWR (Family, Morale. Welfare, and Recreation) Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience working with CPMC (Capital Purchase and Minor Construction) projects Possesses a minimum of 1 year of financial management experience Possesses a minimum of 1 year of working budgeting experience **Applicants that meet the highly preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
