What you'd do

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the TACTICAL TRAINING GROUP PACIFIC of TACTICAL TRAINING GROUP PACIFIC.

Major duties

You will provide direction. oversight, day-to-day management and coordination, and execution of all administrative services for a diverse staff of military and civilian personnel. You will report directly to the Commanding Officer via the Executive Officer and provides general direction on broad and comprehensive aspects of administrative/management functions for the command. You will serve as Command manpower technical expert for Navy Activity Manpower Documents (AMD) and Table of Organization (T/O). You will manage staff personnel functions to include entitlements and benefits for military assigned to the Clearances/Passports and Visas. You will provide oversight and management of all liaison services for military and civilian staff members. You will analyze and develops new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives. You will supervises four enlisted military personnel.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing administrative services and management analysis by implementing and executing personnel and manpower processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance in the support of management and their staff.
