SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Department of the Navy of COMMANDER NAVY REGION MARIANAS. Guam is designated as a medically underserved area. Major duties
You will serve as the senior liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management policy and procedures within the organization. You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization. You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provides recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas. You will assign work to subordinates based on employee’s capabilities, priorities and difficulty. You will develop performance standards and evaluates employee performance.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:1. Managing, allocating and monitoring financial resources in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. 2. Applying fiscal law, policies, regulations, principles, standards, and procedures to financial management activities. 3. Formulating objectives and prioritizing and implementing plans consistent with long-term interests. 4. Preparing, reviewing and reconciling financial statements and financial reports. 5. Analyzing, evaluating and reviewing budget and program issues and financial data and reports.
