What you'd do

You will serve as a RESOURCES & OPERATIONS MANAGER in the Chief of Staff Office, SE & ALRE Group, of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. You will serve as a RESOURCES & OPERATIONS MANAGER in the Prototype, Manufacturing & TEST Department, SE & ALRE Group, of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Major duties

You will prepare long range plans that deal with financial, strategic, and organizational management objectives. You will develop/manage department hiring plans to meet demand, working within a supply/demand tool. You will interpret directives, monitor feasibility studies, and plan the implementation of all changes affecting the office/department. You will modify and adjust long-range plans in accordance with program goals. You will interface with associates and managers to provide leadership, business management, direction, guidance, support, and teamwork to support the services, programs or projects provided by the department.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating the ability to manage business, personnel, and resource operations within a complex military or industrial organization. 2) Providing direct operational, administrative, and strategic support to a diverse workforce, spanning from senior leadership and top management down through wage grade personnel. Candidates must 3) Demonstrating a highly structured approach to managing complex, multi-disciplinary taskings, optimizing organizational workflows, and coordinating facility or manpower requirements. 4) Possessing expert-level skill in directing task execution, establishing accountability, and implementing systematic procedures to ensure all administrative, financial, and personnel data calls are met effectively and timely by the appropriate stakeholders.
