What you'd do

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties

You will issue keys to authorized personnel and maintain a key log to ensure all keys are accounted for. You will input time and leave data into an automated database system in accordance with policy and regulations. You will extract and compile information to create weekly, monthly, and annual reports. You will set performance standards to evaluate employees and identify training needs. You will interpret Housing Management policies to ensure program compliance.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Read and interpret orders issued by all branches of military services sufficient to assign rooms based on the Housing Policy Manual; 2) Operate office equipment; 3) Perform administrative duties; 4) Interact with military personnel; 5) Receive and resolve problems and complaints from guests.
