SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY in the RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT GROUP, SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPT, ADV CAPABILITIES DIV, ANTI-TAMPER ENGINEERING BR of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Major duties
You will exercise broad technical and administrative authority to direct, evaluate, and influence major technology-based research, system development, and security engineering across all DoN Programs of Record (POR) and non-Programs of Record (NPOR). You will serve as the recognized technical authority and primary decision-maker for DoN AT evaluations. You will direct the comprehensive evaluation of complex, state-of-the-art AT implementations. You will lead the identification and evaluation of advanced residual vulnerabilities (RVs) and their associated risks to CPI in as-designed and as-built AT implementations. You will negotiate complex technical parameters and standardizes evaluation activities for Joint Programs with significant cross-Service equities, positing and defending WD’s posture and stance on ATET matters of significance.
What you need to qualify
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13/14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer/scientist. Specialized experience includes the following: Developing, maintaining, and innovating Anti-Tamper processes and standards; 2) Developing and lead a high-performing team of diverse subject matter experts and independent thinkers; 3) Applying technical writing skills to produce clear, concise, and objective documentation of findings, conclusions, supporting rationale, executive summaries, and recommendations; 4) Presenting summary decision-grade information to senior management or senior leaders; 4) Managing a team to prioritize and execute numerous complex tasks and projects with changing demand signals.
