What you'd do

You will serve as a TACTICAL DATABASE ANALYSIS SPECIALIST in the ELECTRONIC WARFARE DATABASE DIRECTORATE of NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK.

Major duties

You will serve as the Tactical Database Analysis Specialist for Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) Norfolk. You will be responsible for production, quality assurance and distribution of tactical and training libraries. You will perform research and development, Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) analysis and Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) administration. You will collect, review and integrate all-source intelligence products for information pertaining to maintaining the currency of NIODB. You will manage the Quality Assurance processes for Electronic Warfare Order of Battle and parametric data in NIODB.

What you need to qualify

GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying knowledge in a wide range of concepts governing the development, utility, and application of Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) and Orders of Battle (OOB) information and databases. Experience applying knowledge of database development, maintenance, configuration management, administration procedures, and specific host computer systems. Experience applying knowledge of Physical Security Instructions relevant to the receipt, handling, and shipment of classified information. Experience applying knowledge of the U.S. Navy intelligence chain of command relevant to ELINT and OOB production.
