About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located in Fort Mead, MD.
Major duties
Evaluates requirements, prioritizes efforts, and balances resources to execute objectives as appropriate Working with members, plans and executes requirements to conduct analyses integration to development of complete and accurate responses, provides documentation standards, conveys deadlines and follows up to assure they are achieved. Identifies and accesses assets its partners must leverage to address taskings, and uses the resulting project plan to manage development of responses. Applies degree of knowledge/skill in cyberspace operations strategies, executive communication, military planning processes, data/information collection and analysis. Formatting and presenting, to ensure presentation of inputs in appropriate forms and such requirements or products fully address the needs of originators and are consistent with the branding and quality standards. Captures products in forms to retrieve the knowledge base to support efforts and use of lessons to make recommendations for continuing refinement of processes.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Coordinating initiatives to evaluate the needs of an organization, 2. Applying cyberspace operations knowledge to support organizational objectives, and 3. Documenting participant work products to assess their adequacy for projects.
