MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
What you'd do
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the REGIONAL CALL CENTER of COMNAVREG SE JAX.
Major duties
You will receive and process multi-channel facility maintenance requests via telephone and email, applying a thorough understanding of labor trades, structural components, and technical vernacular to capture accurate data. You will evaluate and classify all incoming service requests into standardized priority categories (Routine, Urgent, Emergency, Project, Recurring) in strict compliance with OSD standards. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the computerized asset management system (MAXIMO), auditing system data, generating error reports, and providing first-level technical guidance to Regional Call Center (RCC) personnel. You will manage daily workflow operations by balancing workload assignments among on-duty staff, verifying emergency dispatches, and maintaining flexibility to support critical operations across rotating 24/7 shifts.
What you need to qualify
GS-07Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: receiving and processing customer service requests for facilities maintenance; accurately categorizing work as planned, unplanned, routine, urgent, or emergency; utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (MAXIMO); and providing first-level assistance or training to lower-graded employees. GS-06Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
