LEAD SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a LEAD SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Global Distance Support Center - Logistics Division of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.
Major duties
You will train Customer Service Professionals on all systems as necessary to include new employees and any new system updates. You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of complex tasks using data base systems to provide information, perform trend analysis, solve problems. You will analyze, evaluate and provide technical supply program support to the customer. You will research, compile and evaluate data to identify patterns in customer tracking system software. You will distribute and balance the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization, assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Supply Systems Analyst specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing supply management systems to conduct extensive research to resolve various complex problems and identify inventory control points and satisfy customers' requirements with a customer tracking system. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Providing technical supply program support to resolve a customer's mission essential support requirements; 2) Collecting data for trend analysis from a customer tracking system to resolve issues and conflicting program requirements; 3) Assisting in the training methods and techniques utilized in a call center; and 4) Monitoring and reporting on the status and progress of work and check on work in progress to see that the proper instructions have been followed.
