What you'd do
This position is located at Detroit Arsenal, Michgan. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
Manages a Food Service Program within a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Plans and manages all phases of food service program where dining and catering are a substantial basis of the food operation. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Supervised assigned staff.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Knowledge of pricing methods and internal controls. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower pay level. Possess a certificate for sanitation in food service or have the ability to obtain the certificate within three months of appointment. This experience must be clearly reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.
