What you'd do

You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER in the LIVE VIRTUAL CONSTRUCTIVE TRAINING DIVISION, RANGE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.

Major duties

You will represent Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) training support equities for the full spectrum of warfare as a part of Fleet training event planning team. You will provide leadership to develop long term strategic plans that provide the appropriate technology and the NCTE support required to meet and sustain Fleet warfare training objectives. You will analyze data and make proactive decisions in support of exercise objectives relative to the exchange of tactical data over the networks. You will develop, analyze, plan and communicate training requirements for NCTE engineers to support the design and implementation of training systems. You will plan for and implement cost-reduction initiatives in the NCTE program and systems

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying technical, operational, and contractual oversight on military readiness and integrated live, virtual, and constructive training environments to develop and maintain critical network architecture and training infrastructure for fleet exercises.
