What you need to qualify
ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. With no supervision, completes work, meets priorities, and achieved results based on the organization’s goals and objectives 2. Confidentially engages in communication of sensitive topics and non-routine issues 3. Leads small groups and gains approval for finance and acquisition or strategy, engagement and evaluation recommended courses of action that improve quality and execution of assigned tasks to increase customer and client satisfaction. 4. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner 5. Leads others, in the research of data in order to inform analysis as a tradecraft tool to develop solutions. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Demonstrated experience in applying fiscal law, policies, regulations, principles, standards, and procedures to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial management activities. 2. Knowledge of and/or experience with international acquisition requirements, development, and approval processes. 3. Knowledge of and/or experience with policies, concepts, guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies pertaining to analysis of financial data
