Major duties
Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) advising on the development of capabilities, curriculum/training, doctrine, and leadership Assists in the development of USAJFKWCS/Special Operations Center of Excellence goals and objectives, the CoE's function and the related ARSOF requirements. Serves as an advisor to the Center of Excellence Special Operations Forces (SOF) Element Lead. Participates fully with the Center of Excellence SOF Element Lead in carrying out all operations and provides continuity during changes of leadership. Facilitates SOCoE execution and synchronization of the thirteen CoE Core functions IAW TRADOC Regulation 10-5.

Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: Have one year of specialized experience which includes 1). Facilitating doctrine, training or leader development programs. 2). Participates in the planning and execution of short and long-range management plans in connection to deliver continuity. 3). Advises at the Director level (06) on the value, feasibility, and implications of current and future projects. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
