MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a Tasker Manger in the Operations Integration of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Major duties
You will develop and execute detailed project plans that manage cross-regional coordination. You will track complex interdependencies and milestone progress to ensure products remain current, accurate, and aligned with operational guidance. You will manage doctrine and policy integration efforts aligning with operational requirements with enterprise objectives. You will direct the production of visual products such as operational schematics, process diagrams, and executive briefings that enhance decision making. You will lead stakeholder engagement efforts to reconcile competing priorities, integrate updates, and ensure shared understanding across commands.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conduct data collection, storage, organization and analysis to create a report to identify what was researched ; 2) Identifying, analyzing and prioritizing key tasks associated with a highly complex organization where sound decision-making is critical to mission success. ; 3) Developing and improving techniques, training and practices; 4)Utilizing database technology such as task management software, ETMS2 system, office software applications (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint; etc.), and 5) Effectively communicate, plan and organize tasks . **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
