What you'd do
About the Position: : Sierra Army Depot is located in Herlong CA, a rural town in Northern California. Herlong is approximately 60 miles north of Reno, NV, and 35 miles south of Susanville, CA. Employees work a 4/10 work week, Mon-Thurs, 0630-1700 hrs. Youth Facilities and daily child care available. The depot serves as an Army Expeditionary Logistical Support Center, (Mass transportation is available at minimal cost.) Surrounding area boasts a full range of outdoor sports/recreation activities.
Major duties
Assign work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors Analyze work accomplishments to evaluate work progress Review completed work for inspection reports to ensure work standards are met Distribute work loads by shifting assignments to workers to achieve effective work operations

Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (Other Than Blueprint Reading) Ability to Lead or Supervise Dexterity and Safety Knowledge of Materials Technical Practices (Theoretical, Precise, Artistic) Work Practices (Including Keeping Things Neat, Clean, and in Order) Work Practice (including keeping things neat, clean and in order) Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic) Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc (other than blueprints) Knowledge of Materials Dexterity and Safety
