MANAGEMENT ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the LOGISTICS SUPPORT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE.
Major duties
You will serve as a liaison between the G-4 and G-1 Manpower Section, and the Civilian Human Resources Office (CHRO) - Camp Lejeune, NC You will be responsible for initiating and submitting Requests for Personnel Actions (RPA’s) in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). You will submits RPAs to senior Management or Manpower Analysts for approval. You will maintain documentation for civilian personnel actions submitted by the Department and its Divisions. You will submit and monitors personnel actions such as but not limited to: Recruit/Fills, Promotions, Details, Removals, Reassignments, and classification changes. You will provide advice on selection procedures to G-4 Division Directors. You will obtains Certificate of Eligibles from USA Staffing and provide to appropriate Division Director for action. You will analyzes selection rationale to ensure compliance and submit selection documents to AC/S or Deputy AC/S G-4 for final approval. You will works with Human Resources Specialists in order to resolve a variety of complex personnel issues. You will liaise with CHRO - Camp Lejeune and OCHR - San Diego to coordinate employee effective dates, release dates, and a variety of complex recruitment questions.
What you need to qualify
GS-07:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analytical support and assistance with civilian personnel matters and special projects by assisting with research, assessing program operational effectiveness, and analyzing regulations and policies to advise management. GS-09:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analytical support and assistance with civilian personnel matters and special projects by conducting research, assessing program operational effectiveness, and analyzing regulations and policies to independently advise management.
