SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the NAVY CONTINUOUS TRAINING ENVIRONMENT (NCTE) DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
Major duties
You will serve as the RS20T Deputy Operations Manager/Pacific NCTE Operations Branch head, providing senior-level leadership, oversight, and direction for the delivery of NCTE capability across six major Fleet training lines of effort. You will contribute to the development of long-range strategic plans that align NCTE capabilities, technology investments, and operational support with Fleet warfighting readiness objectives. You will provide continuous global oversight of training operations, including the ability to make time-critical resourcing decisions in response to emergent Force Generation requirements. You will ensure the execution of day-to-day branch operations, the delivery of high-quality products and services, and adherence to cost, schedule, and performance requirements. You will oversee the budget, government and contractor staffing at multiple locations, and manage customer relationships and program execution. You will oversee the integrated training environments including live, virtual, and constructive systems to adapt critical network architecture and training infrastructure for complex, real-time certification exercises.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and budgeting personnel and fiscal resources, to communicate live, virtual, and constructive system impacts and resource constraints to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the fleet training operations.
