What you'd do

You will serve as a SUPV FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Major duties

You will develop, recommend, and implement enterprise architecture models to transform and reengineer financial management operations. You will leverage data platforms, analytics tools, and automation to empower the workforce and facilitate rapid decision-making at all levels. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, informed decisions, and outcomes. You will establish policies and procedures for reviewing, evaluating, and prioritizing system change proposals. You will provide enterprise-level analysis of abnormal accounting conditions to support informed budgetary decision-making. You will engage with external entities, such as independent public accountants and the Government Accountability Office, to facilitate ad hoc inspections and audits of financial management systems.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading enterprise financial systems implementation, including managing system changes through business process analysis, testing, and deployment; coordinating with interagency and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate Federal financial management systems; and supporting financial systems operations and improvements.
