SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST on the UAS Fleet Support Team (FST) as the UAS Technical Data Lead for the FST Logistics Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Major duties
You will work in concert with the FST Logistics Lead to identify and develop appropriate budget allocation and execution plans to meet program ILS requirements as required. You will prepare reports, maintains records of work accomplishments, develops program sustainment and acquisition ILS staffing plans/budgets, and reviews externally submitted estimates/budget submissions. You will provide the training, facilities, equipment, processes and leadership necessary to enable assigned personnel to competently and successfully perform their functions and tasks. You will supervise the efforts/tasks of Logistic Element Managers (LEM), technical data managers, data analysts, and other specialists from within and outside the command to ensure optimal Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Expertise in Fleet Support Team (FST) Logistics, developing program sustainment and acquisition integrated logistics support; 2) Effectively managing technical and professional services required to sustain a weapon system; 3) Evaluating new approaches, guides and standards to make logistical decisions.
