FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Major duties
You will perform research, analysis, and interpretation of how new and revised financial policies impact an organization. You will conduct performance and financial reviews and validation testing. You use systems such as Navy ERP, Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV), Commercial Asset Visibility Organic Repair Module (CAVORM), Repairable Portal (RP), electronic Retrograde Management System (eRMS), and NAVSUP In-Transit Accountability (NITA). You perform Inventory Accuracy related functions such as Stock In-Transit (SIT), Intermediate Documents (IDOCs), Carcass Tracking, Billing, Supply Discrepancy Reports. You will utilize financial reporting and auditing skills to analyze financial data using programs like Excel, Access and SAS.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Interpreting financial policies and practices to resolve technical and operational problems;2) Presenting and defending inventory accuracy reports to senior leaderships;3)Establishing, monitoring, and validating financial management and inventory accuracy;4) Reviewing, developing, recommending and implementing financial/inventory accuracy policies;5) Utilizing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or SAP (System Application and Products)Program to produce auditable financial/inventory accuracy reports.
