What you'd do

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties

You will review work requests for completeness, duplication, and conflict of requests. You will arrange for classification and acceptance of the work by recording all classification information. You will provide customer assistance and technical support to users on numerous modules.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The ability to select, acquire, store, or distribute an organization's resources in the most efficient way possible. Such resources may include materials, equipment, financial resources, inventory, human skills, production resources, or information technology (IT). - Conveys written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience, using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Expresses thoughts persuasively and uses effective modes to reinforce message retention. - Identifies a need for and knows where or how to gather information; organizes and maintains information or information management systems. Determines its importance and accuracy and communicates it by a variety of methods. - Develops networks and builds alliances; collaborates across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
