What you'd do

Major duties
You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on a wide variety of HR variables, including program factors, hiring authorities, attrition rates, demographics, level of efforts and fiscal constraints on a wide variety of HR variables. You will identify relationships between HR variables and recommend or advise on appropriate methods and measures for policy and performance decision support. You will develop and maintain highly intuitive, executive-level demographics, hiring, and onboard snapshots integrated development environments and the latest business intelligence and visualization platforms. You will plan methods, procedures, and techniques for collecting, compiling, and presenting human capital data, statistics, and trends in support of data science projects and maintain robust documentation throughout the data science projects.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of complex HR operations and manpower programs through statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics; Experience using modern programming languages, structured query languages (SQL), integrated development environments, and notebook-style coding platforms to extract and analyze data; Experience utilizing AI/ML (Machine Learning) technologies and Agile project management principles to process data; developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using business intelligence platforms (such as Tableau or Power BI).
