Lead program management activities for complex, multi-year projects. Assign workload and provide technical guidance to team members. Allocate program resources to meet objectives and monitor progress. Resolve program issues and communicate status to stakeholders. Analyze new mission requirements and plan for execution.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1. Leading program management activities for complex, multi-year projects. 2. Leading teams by assigning workload and providing technical guidance. 3. Allocating program resources to meet objectives. 4. Resolving program issues and communicating status to stakeholders. 5. Analyzing new mission requirements and planning for execution. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
