SENIOR PLANS ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SENIOR PLANS ANALYST in the LOGISTICS, ENGINEERING & SECURITY COOPERATION DIRECTORATE of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Major duties
You will provide strategic appraisal, analysis, and recommendations to the Division Chief pertaining to actions, operations, and investments as related to engineer support You will develop, recommend, input engineer requirements, equities, and tasks into the development of the Theater Campaign plan, Theater Logistics Plan, etc. You will build relationships to form and lead collaborative planning teams drawing from echelons of USINDOPACOM, Service Components, and the interagency.
What you need to qualify
GS-14 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of deliberate and adaptive planning procedures and their relationship to contingency engineering and exercise planning and support; Understanding of Joint Chiefs of Staff and unified command policies, functions and operations; Analyzing and assessing the validity of engineering objectives and goals; and Maintaining relationships in regard to partnering on work projects, liaise, communicating both orally and written. GS-13 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of deliberate and adaptive planning procedures and their relationship to contingency engineering and exercise planning and support; Understanding of Joint Chiefs of Staff and unified command policies, functions and operations; and Assisting with analyzing and assessing the validity of engineering objectives and goals.
