What you'd do

Major duties
You will evaluate and process requests for the release of classified and Controlled Unclassified Information. You will provide oversight for the Foreign Disclosure Reviewers (FDRs), and the Foreign Visit Analyst (FVA), ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to foreign disclosure and visit approval policies. You will develop, implement, and maintain foreign disclosure policies and procedures. You will track and oversee the processing of foreign visit requests, maintaining compliance with DoD, DoS, and Navy policies. You will conduct periodic audits and compliance assessments of foreign disclosure activities. You will provide training and guidance on foreign disclosure processes, information security protocols, proper classification markings, and safeguarding procedures to ensure compliance across all program elements. You will analyze requirements to develop program reporting including the specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology. You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, and/or research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing or evaluating foreign disclosure requests, visit authorizations, or document release decisions, to ensure compliance with policies and security requirements for an organization.
