What you'd do

You will serve as a Recruiting Management and Program Analyst of NVRECRUITNGCMD.

Major duties

You will analyze systems, report data, and error rates for all automated systems utilized to enlist, commission, or affiliate personnel for the Navy and Navy Reserve. You will determine whether the current and most effective procedures are being utilized to the maximum extent possible when processing applicants. You will prepare verbal and written recommendations concerning trends and improving production. You will coordinate support needed for the actions to be taken by maintaining liaison with the NTAG Commanding Officer, Executive Officers, Enlisted Program Officers, and other NTAG personnel.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing automated systems and developing statistical models to monitor error rates, ensure data integrity, and maintain accurate accounting of contracts, 2) Conducting in-depth studies of recruiting procedures and incentive programs to identify deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and ensure all operations align with national directives, 3) Formulating regional recruiting goals and resource allocations by analyzing market trends, diversity data, and historical production to recommend innovative techniques for mission achievement, and 4) Providing expert technical guidance, training, and executive-level briefings to leadership and program managers to resolve complex processing issues and improve overall program effectiveness.
