SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the G4 DIRECTORATE of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.
Major duties
You will develop policy and procedures concerning the personal property programs. You will review and interpret higher/other directives that relate to budget and equipment policy. You will develop procedures and programs to evaluate and improve effectiveness and efficiency of management of property matters. You will analyze and determine basis and cause of deficiencies and take corrective measures. You will collect/review personal property financial information on a quarterly basis for reasonableness and accuracy. You will supervise subordinates, assign and review work, and take action to correct any employee deficiencies.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Act as the technical authority for personal property management operations and supply management matters developing approved annual budget, policies and programs, finance statements from logistics management systems and/or complying with audit program standards. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
