SUPERVISOR
What you'd do
You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE & RECON of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Major duties
You will perform engineering, development, and system integration tasks through the full life cycle related technical functions for C4ISR projects in the H56A Intelligence and Space Systems Branch. You will develop status reports, brief customers and sponsors in areas such as system design, procurement, integration and test plans and status. You will maintain situational awareness of acquisition issues, technical issues, financial issues, and programmatic risks. You will oversee or perform with engineering experience with in-depth knowledge of mathematical, physical and engineering work that involves the application of, or research into engineering methods and techniques to store, manipulate, transform etc. You will design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems for data storage, manipulation, transformation, and presentation. You will manage a branch that utilizes computer science methods and techniques, IT support, application development, project management planning, system design, etc.
What you need to qualify
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NM-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Subject Matter Expert (SME) in C4ISR systems and in leading teams in supporting C4ISR System design, integration and testing and advance level knowledge of project management and/or systems engineering.
