What you'd do
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the STRL Mission Support Direct Hire Authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties
You will interpret HR concepts, laws, regulations, rules, principles, and practices in one or more of the HR functional areas such as staffing /employment, classification, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. You will utilize automated technology to produce documents, charts, graphs and presentations and use data management tools to research, organize and analyze personnel information. You will research, analyze, and communicate information. You will provide advice and assistance on one or more of the HR functional areas such as staffing/employment, classification, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. You will assist hiring managers with recruitment and staffing. You will research answers to questions relating to HR functional areas. You will gather and analyze information to provide guidance and recommendations.
What you need to qualify
To Qualify for the DA-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (DA-01=GS 1-4) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; Planning and organizing work; and Communicating orally and in writing. To Qualify for the DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (DA-02=GS 5-8) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: Advising customers on staffing solutions; Advising customers on addressing routine performance and conduct issues; Communicating clearly, verbally, and in writing; Utilizing automated technology to produce documents, charts, graphs and presentations; and Using data management tools to research.
