What you'd do
This position is located at JBLM American Lake Conference Center. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Major duties
Prepares contracts for private functions, using established costs. Orders flowers, decorations, etc. Analyzes requirements of the occasion and recommends suitable services, menus and beverage items. Coordinates with club manager, food service staff and patrons. Draws up contracts making commitment for requested functions. Prepares all related invitation orders, party work sheets and contracts. Assists patrons with time schedules for weddings and other formal functions. Serves as technical advisor on correct protocol procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to qualify

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. One year of specialized work experience that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of this position or education leading to bachelor's degree directly related to the duties to be performed. 2. Must possess exceptional communication and people skills in customer service and problem resolution.
