You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in various Business Lines of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Major duties

You will provide support services to include records management, freedom of information, files management and record disposition and print publications. You will use various computer software programs to prepare and monitor reports. You will create spreadsheets, graphs to report data trends to senior leaders. You will conduct wok measurements to compare past, current and projected data. You will research and prepare reports as well as identify any problems and propose resolutions.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating spreadsheets, graphs to report data trends to senior leaders; 2) Providing support services to include records management, freedom of information, files management and record disposition and print publications; 3) Using various computer software programs to prepare and monitor reports; 4) performing a variety of technical work in support of contract specialists and all negotiated procurement activities; 5)Establishing and maintaining contract and procurement files.
