What you'd do

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST T32, PDD1872000 and is part of the AZ 162nd Wing, National Guard.

Major duties

This position is located at the 162D Wing in Tucson, Arizona. The primary purpose of the position is to provide management with objectively based information to effectively assess the squadron's ability to meet the operations, training, and readiness missions in support of fielding a complex air ground operations tactical communications-electronics weapons system. Developing all commander support staff programs and providing direction guidance and clarification to administrative personnel ensuring effective and efficient implementation. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

What you need to qualify

Military Grades: SMSgt/E-8 (immediately promotable) to CMSgt/E-9 Compatible Military Assignments: Must possess or be able to obtain AFSC 9G100 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience analyzing and interpreting policies and the procedures of higher headquarters/management as to applicability to current policies. Experience presenting and discussing complex matters in a clear and convincing manner. Experience in communicating with people from various backgrounds and circumstances. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
