What you'd do

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the MANPOWER,ANALYTICS AND HUMAN RESOURCES SYSTEMS (MAHRS) of ASSTSECNAV MR-A WASHINGTON DC.

Major duties

You will begin lead management of Total Force (TF) requirements across systems, data, and analytics for military and civilian workforce domains. You will integrate requirements across disparate functional areas, ensuring a cohesive enterprise approach that eliminates redundancy and promotes interoperability. You will maintain full traceability of requirements from initial identification through implementation. You will provide authoritative expertise in manpower, Human Capital (HC) management, and Human Resources (HR) to support enterprise workforce planning and strategic decision-making.

What you need to qualify

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying strategic planning principles and practices of the interfaces between strategic planning and effective Human Capital/ Human resources business practices; Experience applying policy and planning concepts and practices, interrelationships of multiple IT disciplines, data standardization, data sharing, Experience applying project management methods to support programs; mastery of data governance and management.
