Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 4. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation. 5. Establishes effective working relationships to successfully complete work. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Partners with directorate/office managers to build and to develop sound plans for tasks and projects while recognizing interdependencies. 2. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action. 3. Works as a team member and leader, taking responsibility for sharing Agency knowledge, information, and responsibilities with coworkers, subordinates, and superiors. This position is considered an Acquisition Workforce (AWF) position under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Accordingly, the position's occupant must be certified with the appropriate DAWIA certification based on mission requirements for the position. If the selectee does not currently possess the required DAWIA certification upon entry into the position, selectee will be given 36 months to achieve certification. This position requires DAWIA Contracting Professional Certification.
