GENERAL BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY SPECIALIST
What you'd do
You will serve as a PMA-268 EAS Division Team Lead in the COST & SCHEDULE ANALYSIS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Major duties
You will serve as the authoritative expert for the assigned functional area, delivering guidance, consultations, training, and advice for acquisition/sustainment cost estimating, and integrated performance analysis/scheduling support. You will actively identify innovative ways to improve processes, tools, and training methodologies. You will maintain specialized informational technology hardware and software requirements, including preparing budget estimates to support operational needs. You will direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the team while performing analytical duties as required. You will provide regular status reports to the supervisor, addressing program updates, issues, briefings/reviews, risk analysis, resource management, and team vacancies or personnel changes.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-05) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Applying knowledge of the concepts, principles, and methods of earned value, contractor schedule analysis, and government schedule development for air weapons systems/subsystems and acquisition strategies; 2) Providing overall technical direction and leadership to multi-disciplined teams and coordinating functions between various groups to complete earned value, contractor schedule analysis, and government schedule development products; 3) Communicating earned value, contractor schedule analysis, and government schedule development briefs at various leadership levels.
