This position is located at: Fort Campbell, KY Outdoor Recreation RV Parks, Cabins, Cottages and Pavilions. Major duties

Uses computers to make reservation and process payments for Dog Kennels, RV Parks, Cabins and Pavilions and communicates with customers via email. Maintains records with detailed information. Provides excellent customer service and circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints. Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc. Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. Provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities and machinery. May provide work guidance to other staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience which involved dealing with the general public. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possesses strong working experience in customer service (minimum of 1 year) **Applicants that meet the highly preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
