TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (TECHNICIAN)

Major duties
You will act as the primary liaison between Foreign Materiel Acquisition and Exploitation Branch, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the Joint Foreign Materiel Program Office (JFMPO). You will produce the requirements for threat characterization and countermeasures development for the Joint Service Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Intelligence Communities so that high valued items are obtained. You will work directly with senior program managers, engineering and analysis team leads as well as Project Security Officers to enable development of critical intelligence and effective force protection software and hardware solutions. You will ensure foreign threat weapon systems are obtained and exploited at a throughput that is achievable for all parties with the correct classification status in relation to its particular security classification guide.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading the planning, analysis, and dissemination of foreign ordnance exploitation plans, reports and information to ensure comprehensive, accurate program compatible documentation is available for fulfilling customer requirements.
