Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (AHL Branch Manager)
What you'd do
Serves as a Branch Manager under the Employee Relations Division (AHL-100). This announcement is open for the position in the following branch, Management Inquiries (AHL-110). This position will be subject to the AHR reorganization and duties may be subject to change.
Major duties
Branch Manager, Management Inquiries (AHL-110): Serves as the Management Inquiries Branch Manager. Responsible for the development of the new Management Inquiries Team and establishing the required governance and administrative processes. Conducting and leading complex management inquiries and investigations, evaluating allegations and evidence, conducting interviews, and preparing investigative reports and recommendations to support management decision-making and protect organizational interests.
What you need to qualify
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG-13 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: Experience leading complex management inquiries and investigations; developing investigative programs, policies, procedures, and governance processes; evaluating allegations and evidence; conducting interviews; assessing findings and resolving conflicting information; preparing investigative reports and recommendations; and advising management on investigative matters and appropriate courses of action in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
