Major duties
Provides daily direction, oversight and technical expertise for the development and execution of initiatives for Centennial Banquet and Conference Center as well as the associated management and resource support functions. Plans and coordinates details of events to include determining specifications in the development of sophisticated menus and bar services Develops pricing policy and price lists for all catering events; ensures proper billings for events; and explains and justifies charges to clients. Establishes immediate and long range goals, objectives, and plans to meet customer needs. Works to ensure organizational performance goals and measures are accomplished and are aligned with strategic direction and operational plans. Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. Supervises a wide range of staff to include subordinate supervisors.
What you need to qualify
