THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a EEO SPEC T32, PDD0386000 and is part of the AZ JFHQ ARMY, National Guard.
Major duties
This position is located at the Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) in Phoenix, Arizona. The primary purpose is to serves as the assistant to the Equal Opportunity Manager in planning and implementation of a Statewide equal employment opportunity program. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
What you need to qualify
Military Grades: Enlisted: SSG/E-6 to MSG/1SG/E-8 Warrant Officer Candidate: WOC Warrant Officer: WO1/W-1 to CW2/W-2 Officer: 2LT/O-1 to CPT/O-3 Compatible Military Assignments: Enlisted: immaterial Warrant Officer Candidate: 09W Warrant Officer: immaterial Officer: immaterial SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Specialized experience is experience, education or training involving the administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of Equal Employment Opportunity to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements.
