Major duties
You will provide technical support for networks, C4 systems, cyber monitoring and training, documentation to users, ensuring seemless technology operations and user proficiency. You will assist in the oversite of contractors internal/external responsible for providing technical training to the CIVMAR C4 workforce. You will provide customer support to N6 Branches and designated contractors in implementing training on new systems and material and oversees training aid and device requirements and innovative educational media programs. You will evaluate effectiveness of technical and operational training programs to meet mission requirements and provide operational support; delivers findings to management. You will respond to data calls requested by internal and/or external stakeholders as they pertain to the C4 workforce.
What you need to qualify
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Experience developing and providing C4 IT systems training for C4 workforce personnel. Experience in the development of CIVMAR and/or department IT training plans. Experience analyzing and evaluating assigned afloat IT training programs to determine their overall quality and effectiveness. Experience creating and maintaining curriculum materials, including documentation and guides for internal and external operational maintenance of all systems as presented by training institutes. Experience assessing communications and network training needs, and initiatives and tailoring training to operational programs/systems accordingly. -AND- Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. Experience: For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
