What you'd do

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Dakota's Club on Ellsworth AFB. Must be physically able to frequently lift objects weighting 5 to 15 pounds. Must meet the appropriate minimum age requirement for working with and/or serving alcoholic beverages. This is a flexible work schedule with no minimum guaranteed hours.

Major duties

Operates a limited service bar.Prepares a limited variety of alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, and soda. Receives payment, operates cash register, and makes/returns change to patrons or waiter. Sets up, stocks, and maintains a neat and clean bar/work area. Washes bar equipment, glassware, and utensils. May be required to prepare documentation for cash funs accountability. Qualifying Experience: Knowledge of correct proportions and mixtures to use in preparing beverages. Ability to follow cash handling procedures.
