Major duties
Plans, develops, and conducts the framework for in-depth performance reviews of contracts and associated contract execution, assembles, evaluates, and completes complex reports. Collaborates across the sustainment community, buying commands, and logistics commands to ensures uniform application of communication across all stakeholders to develop guidance... ...and identify overarching customer outcomes, critical assets, and key suppliers and engages with DCMA Headquarters and Operational Units to establish support. Develops mechanisms to provide continuing feedback to the customer and DCMA Special Programs management on progress achieved in resolving existing specific customer concerns,... ...and ensures uniform application of communication across DCMA and among stakeholders to project adequacy of current and future resources and workload. Identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes customer management, budget, business data and other information relating to buying activity mission, strategic plans, priorities, workload,... ...business systems and long-term acquisition strategies, to provide forward-looking information, actionable insight, intelligence, analysis, and recommendations. Monitors and evaluates customer (dis)satisfaction with DCMA pre- and post-award contract management support and assesses customer (dis)satisfaction. Directly participates in Early Acquisition Engagement (EAE) activities as an active member of the buying command's acquisition team.
What you need to qualify
To qualify for a Senior Acquisition Analyst, NH-1101-04, your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Creditable specialized experience includes: Experience and detailed expertise with the Contracting and the acquisition process/program management for major weapons systems from the initial acquisition planning through contract administration and closeout. Plans and executes customer engagements. Provides data analysis and support regarding lifecycle contracting plans, customer satisfaction, performance, and sustainment. Markets and supports Early Acquisition Engagement (EAE) services/capabilities in support of pre/post award contract administration.
