What you'd do

You will serve as a MATERIAL EXAMINER AND IDENTIFIER in the ENVIRONMENTAL DIVISION of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.

Major duties

You will utilize established detailed procedures for identifying, classifying, sorting, processing, and storing. You will operate motor vehicles including platform trucks, van trucks, pick up trucks, stake-bed trucks, and dump trumps, which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of more than 26,000 pounds. You will perform a variety of general heavy manual duties and responsibilities in and around waste collection vehicles and at a processing facility involved in waste management operations. You will utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment. You will perform general cleanup duties, in areas as designated by the supervisor.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible.
