What you need to qualify

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Experience working with senior ranking officials, including briefing, mentoring, and providing constructive and positive feedback to customers and partners assigned to embassy platforms. 2. Extensive experience and demonstrated proficiency in administrative and logistical support in an inter-agency embassy environment, with thorough understanding of DIA, DoD, and Department of State regulations as they apply to Logistics, Housing, Finance, and Security. 3. With no supervision, completes work, meets priorities, and achieved results based on the organization’s goals and objectives. 4. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 5. Applies decision making techniques in complex situations to include anticipating and recognizing best practices and choosing options to maximize benefits to the office, directorate, or Agency. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Graduation from the Joint Military Attaché Staff Operations Course. 2. Completion of at least two tours as an OPSCO in a Defense Attaché Office.
