Major duties
You will provide information about, and interpret standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations. You will research guides to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information and prepares summaries for use by managers. You will perform specialized work involving managerial or administrative work in connection with accounting systems. You will analyze, forecast, and interpret functions associated with the management and control of resources or funds. You will track and control funds for special programs. You will analyze or program work pertaining to payroll, cash control, or benefit systems.
What you need to qualify
FOR GS-11 GRADE LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying comprehensive financial management analysis and performance evaluations of budgetary transactions, system outputs, and complex manning data to resolve financial anomalies, optimize fund utilization, and ensure regulatory compliance within an organization. FOR GS-09 GRADE LEVEL: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in the comprehensive financial management analysis and performance evaluations of budgetary transactions, system outputs, or complex manning data to resolve financial anomalies, optimize fund utilization, or ensure regulatory compliance within an organization.
